I dont usually bother leaving negative reviews but this was a really disappointing service.
On the positive side, booking the appointment was very quick, efficient and easy and the company had great reviews so I thought I had selected a good company. I advised the company that I had a fly problem in my house and was unsure what type of flies they were and was then booked in for a fly treatment.
The technician who attended on the day stayed for about 10minutes, didn't look closely at the flies I had in my house, didnt advise what they were, kept talking about how he had many other appointments he had to get to, sprayed 3 drains and placed out 3 cheap traps of what appears to be some type of solution in a jar, said this may fix my problem and then left.
For $250, I expected more then what Google could have advised me to do . Ive already sprayed my drains myself and have tried a variety of traps with no results and had turned to a professional pest control company as a last resort. The service received was just really subpar and not useful at all.

However, there are several important details that have been omitted from your review which we feel should be clarified for fairness and accuracy.
Following the service, the technician reported to our office that additional services outside the agreed scope of works were being requested and that you were unhappy when advised these could not simply be added on-site without approval. This is also why the technician explained that additional time would be required and referred to other appointments he had scheduled. This was not because he was rushing the service, but because additional works require office/director approval and time allocation.
Our records, system tracking and service photos confirm the technician was on-site for approximately 30 minutes, not 10 minutes as stated in your review.
The technician correctly identified the fly issue and carried out multiple treatment applications. The traps you referred to were only one part of the treatment program, not the entire treatment.
It's also not a fair comparison to suggest the treatment was equivalent to a DIY approach or advice found on Google. Professional pest control products and treatment methods are very different to products available through supermarkets or hardware stores, even if some treatment methods may appear similar on the surface.
Most importantly, this review was left less than 24 hours after the service was completed. As advised during booking and within our written information, fly treatments are not an overnight solution and typically require 1-2 weeks for results to become evident. At the time this review was posted, there had simply not been enough time to properly assess the effectiveness of the treatment.
Had you contacted our office first, we would have been more than happy to discuss your concerns and explain what to expect from the treatment. Given the review was posted within 24 hours of the service being completed, we feel it would have been more reasonable to first raise these concerns directly with us so they could be properly addressed.
Client satisfaction is important to us and we welcome genuine feedback. However, based on our service records, GPS tracking, photographs and documentation completed at the time of attendance, several aspects of your review do not align with what was recorded during the service.
