Response from the owner:Hi Edna, As discussed over the call, you saw only two cockroaches post service after 8 weeks in which they could possibly still be flushing out as they are still within the flushing timeframe and change in climate. Majority of your results are achieved in the first week also so very unlikely no impact was made if only two cockroaches have been witnessed since this time due to numerous factors. Our what to expect page at time of booking and service feedback is very transparent and mentions this also regarding results which you have failed to read or ignore. We tried to assist and explain to you that you need to allow more time as your application will still be taking effect and you wouldn't apply again now anyway since you had a great day of weather also at the time of application, instead you chose to leave a 1 star negative review immediately after the call because you did not agree with us. Thank you.
The response to my phone enquiry was quick and informative, the quote was very reasonable, the treatment guy turned up on time and was efficient, treating indoors and outdoors and providing advice (including identifying the faecal pellets outside near a tree).
